1. Services
We provide digital image editing and photo color grading services. All work is delivered electronically and no physical products are shipped.
2. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Payoneer.
- 100% advance payment is required before the start of any project.
- Orders will not begin until payment is confirmed.
3. Revisions and Refunds
- Revisions are offered based on the package selected by the client at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are not available once the project has started or been delivered.
4. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Upon full payment, the client holds complete ownership and rights to the final edited images.
- We do not claim any rights over the client’s content.
- With the client’s permission, completed work may be featured in our portfolio, website, or social media purely for showcasing purposes.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing high-quality source images suitable for editing.
- Clients must ensure they have the legal rights and permissions for all images submitted for editing. We are not responsible for any copyright or licensing issues related to submitted content.
6. Delivery & Turnaround Time
- Final work will be delivered via Google Drive link (or a similar secure method).
- Delivery time depends on the package chosen and will be communicated clearly before the project begins.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we ensure professional service, we are not responsible for issues arising from:
- Poor quality source material provided by the client.
- Delays caused by incomplete client instructions or late file submissions.
8. Agreement
By placing an order with Faiq Naseer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
